Hands Free Drinking

I prepare people's taxes and calm their anxiety, but
can't lift my own glass of water.  
This form of Muscular Dystrophy limits virtually all
movement.   I can operate my computer with ONE
finger on a touch pad.  And …..that's about it !
One of my needs seemed simple enough - a long
drinking straw and holder to gain a little
independence.
